Sonderplan supports exporting your bookings to an Excel spreadsheet file. Exports can be limited to certain projects, resources, clients and statuses. Exports can also be limited to certain time periods, and the columns exported can also be customised.

Running a simple export

To access the excel export feature, navigate to the Schedule -> ⚙️ (settings) -> Export -> Excel Spreadsheet.

By default bookings are exported only from within the current schedule timeframe. Clicking Export will produce an excel spreadsheet that is automatically downloaded to your computer.
